The mission of EDGE is to promote development that enhances the Village and Town of Grafton.

EDGE's vision is to function as an information and service center for business by:

• Providing access to business and financial information
• Providing access to workforce development resources
• Serving as a liaison between business and government
• Helping to solve business expansion and location challenge

The E.D.G.E. board of directors is comprised of members of the following groups:

• Village of Grafton Plan Commission
• Town of Grafton Plan Commission
• Grafton Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors
• At Large Members

Associate Members who serve in an advisory capacity include:

• Executive Director of the Grafton Area Chamber of Commerce
• Director of Planning and Development for the Village of Grafton
• Executive Director of Ozaukee Economic Development
• Superintendent of Schools for the Grafton School District
• Town Planner for the Town of Grafton
