About the Chamber

A Chamber of Commerce is a group of business men and women working together to strengthen the local economy, promote orderly growth and improve the community and its quality of life. Our strength lies in our broad-based membership, uniting retail, industry and professionals, creating a central pool of resources which works together to improve the community and create a pool of resources from which to draw ideas, talents, energy and finances.

The overall objective is to work toward orderly community growth and development, while fostering a high level of citizenship, as well as a climate for a sound, expanding economy. We are a rallying point for civic movements whose objective is the benefit of the entire community. We are a central organization in which business people join hands to promote the projects that benefit families, businesses and the community.
